Counterflux is an original band from Dayton, Ohio, founded by Devin Bachmann, Kyle Canter, and Earl Miller who were tragically lost when struck by a drunk driver. This is a portion of their second album that was in work at the time along with the completed cover and lyrics.

Consider this a garage tape version of the album to be. Since these tracks are not final, the music is being released as 'pay if you want'. Any proceeds will go to the remaining members of Counterflux to help with the costs of completing the album.

This album is being released in honor of the anniversary of the tragedy by Devin's father.

Counterflux's legacy is being carried on by drummer Matt Dennedy, and bassist Aleks Clayborn who are in the process of completing the full album.
